Each session follows a collaborative approach where participants support one another to overcome challenges and progress at their own pace.

about the personal trainer

Vitor Lopes has a degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Clinical and Sports Exercise Sciences. In Brazil, he founded and worked as a Personal Trainer at Qualivida, and in Lisbon, he founded and works as a personal trainer at FBW.

My goal is to provide access to quality of life through outdoor physical activity. I am a young Brazilian immigrant who dreams of becoming a successful entrepreneur.
